The Workbase team often responds to special requests, which I think is great! Every now and then, as a customer, you simply have an idea that the development team hasn't thought of yet. It's always nice when you're listened to, which is what happens here very well implemented.

Overall, I am very satisfied. My favorite feature is the in-app recording. There are many options to customize the video, and there are various choices, especially when it comes to screen recording.

Everything you need to manage the team on a daily basis. The most important functions are covered here. A Workbase team requires good planning, and communication is also very important. Motivating and supporting the team, taking into account strengths and weaknesses, allows for better distribution of tasks within the team. Through daily challenges and collaboration, it’s possible to achieve goals together. The daily management of the team is a great experience. It demands a lot of work and diligence, but also leads to growth. And in the end, positive results are achieved.

Great tool! The only thing I have to criticize is that it took so long to be contacted after I signed up on the waiting list several months ago; I thought I had been forgotten.

Although the increase in employee productivity is not yet really noticeable, I receive significantly fewer questions in daily operations, especially during onboarding.

A few years ago, I tried to set up an employee portal with Notion, but it was very cumbersome and took a long time. In the end, it was also difficult to use and to create and manage new users, etc. Migrating to Workbase was the solution for us and saves us a lot of time and hassle.

The software is easy to understand and has been indispensable for me and my team for several months. The number of hours we've saved because of it is unimaginable. For the price, it has definitely been worth it, even more than I had expected.
