Admin Access to Content

Never lose sight of your content.

At Workbase, administrators can view all resources they have permissions for with the touch of a button. This guide will show you how to enable or disable the "Admin Access to All" feature.

Enabling Admin Access to All

If you have admin privileges for at least one type of resource, the option to enable the admin view will appear in your Profile Settings:

  1. Navigate to Profile

Click the Profile icon on the navigation bar in the top-right corner.

  2. Toggle Admin Access

Enable the "Admin Access to All" option by toggling the switch on.

You will now be able to see every resource in the system that falls under your admin permissions. For example, if you have admin access to Pages, you will be able to view and manage all Pages created within your organization.

Disabling Admin Access to All

If you prefer to revert back to your regular user view:

  1. Navigate to Profile

Click the Profile icon on the navigation bar in the top-right corner.

  2. Toggle Admin Access

Disable the "Admin Access to All" option by toggling the switch off.

This will limit your view to only the resources you have created or those that have been shared with you, rather than all the resources in your organization.
